Pro tip: shaming fat people doesn’t make them want to lost weight any more. In fact if you happen to shame someone who is trying to change their lifestyle, you’re far more likely to make that person think that the change they’re trying to make isn’t appreciated, and they become more likely to give up. Basically keep your opinion to yourself and leave others to their own life.
