Đun nóng dầu ăn. Pha 1 muỗng canh bột chiên giòn với 1 muỗng canh bột mì. Lần lượt tẩm mực với hỗn hợp bột đã trộn, sau đó chiên mực chín vàng, vớt ra để ráo dầu.
Cho dưa leo, hành tây, gừng, ớt cắt sợi, húng lủi, mực chiên vào tô trộn đều. Thêm vào 1 muỗng canh sốt mayonnaise, 1 muỗng canh tương ớt và 1 muỗng cà phê dầu mè, trộn đều. Cho gỏi mực ra đĩa, rắc mè rang và húng lủi lên trên là có thể dùng.
